前两日路过深圳西部滨海、毗邻前海湾的大铲湾港区一带，昔日十分安静的填海沉降区内，已经高耸起打桩机等大型机械，听人介绍后才知原来是腾讯全球总部——“互联网+”未来科技城即我们称的“企鹅岛”正动土兴建。据称这个项目用地面积80.9万平方米，总建筑面积200万平方米，计划总投资达370亿元。第一期和二期建设将分别于2024年12月和2026年11月竣工。
